Major responsibilities include:

Prepare breakfast, lunch and/or dinners

Meal planning in conjunction with general manager

Review menus prior to preparation of food

Assure that all food procedures are followed

Coordinate food service with other departments as necessary

Assist with the purchase and inventory of the food supply

Follow all sanitation guidelines

Become familiar with new menu items/dishes
1. Rings up all sales on cash register, properly and accurately handling money, checks, and other types of payment received for products sold.
2. Prepares and presents any customer ordered menu items.
3. Provides prompt, courteous customer service.
3. Performs cleaning duties necessary to maintain store cleanliness and basic upkeep and/or cleaning of all equipment in the store.
4. Assists in maintaining proper bread and other product levels
5. Performs all duties with a minimal supervision, and may be required to work irregular hours, attend job-related meetings, and other duties as assigned.
